How do I use the free 10-minute chat?

10-minute chats are a great opportunity to started with Elevate Therapy and a perfect way to begin getting to know the therapist you think you might like to work with. These are brief calls because they are not meant to be used as a therapeutic session, but rather a chance for you to get a feel for the personality of the therapist you’re chatting with, see if they have the philosophy and specialties you are looking for, and to get a little more information before you decide to start working with that therapist in a full session.

These sessions don’t mean you’ll definitely know whether a counselor is right for you, but it is a great way to get a feel for them and their style, before investing in your first session.
